LIVING IN THE NOW
I have never tried yin yoga, but I can say that it is one of the most challenging types of yoga, If you have fear on waters, then this one will never work on you because you might get distracted and not be able to do the usual yogas. But its health benefits is truly amazing, that's why we should always be thankful that yoga was invented for humans practices. it allows us to be a better version of ourselves which is a good thing.
