This 20-hour Yin Yoga Training weekend is incredible. It is transformational both personally and professionally. Dar's program is based around lots of practice in a variety of formats. This allows you to physically “get” Yin Yoga. The physical practice is then underpinned with theoretical teachings, the history. the anatomy, etc.. Dar's Yin Training is digestible, practical, fun, and accommodating. Dar does a great job explaining the history, teaching the poses, and explaining the anatomy by lecture, practice and movies. Loved the aromas and all the fascia analogy! I was never bored! I recommend this course with Dar!

"Thank you for the Yin workshop. While I have done Yin before, this was a new experience. It was deeper, more intense and more rewarding. When coming out of the positions, the feeling of release was so sweet, (sukha) that I feel I will be forever addicted to this practice. After the session, I noticed that the Yin workshop allowed me to manage stressful situations with a new level of calm and a greater ability to stay in the present.
